Separative toilets for radioactive injection rooms – Nuclear medicine
Separation of urine of patients treated with iodine-131, reducing waste effluent volumes in the radioactive treatment plant. Our special no mix separation toilets allows to collect and separate the liquid radioactive waste.
The radioctivity concentrates mostly in the urine. For that, this double flush separation toilet should be installed in the injected patient rooms and services where the injected patients shall rest. The collected urine has to be taken by separate pipes far from other water pipes towards our treatment plant. Click here to read more about our nuclear medicine effluent plants.
