  • MP’SMART® – For medical offices and treatment rooms. Easy to install, ideal for hygienic handwashing in medical offices or for routine outpatient medical procedures.

    • Compact hand hygiene sink

    • Dimensions: 500x625x425 mm

    • Weight: 7 kg

  • MP’MEDIO® – For offices and small operating room anterooms. Larger sink width and depth than MP’SMART, suitable for surgical handwashing in tight spaces such as dental offices.

Three options for all models:

  • Electronic: Infrared sensor, automatic flush, dual power supply (mains/batteries).

  • Elbow: Mechanical elbow control, mixing possible.

  • Knee (femoral): Knee-activated, timed, and safe.

The electronic control is the most reliable and safe. It allows automatic flushing; if unused for a long period, water flows automatically to prevent germ growth caused by stagnation.
Next is the elbow control: simple and effective, allows local mixing, and limits stagnation. However, improper use may lead to contact with hands.

No. At Medical Process, infrared electronic sensor sinks are roughly equivalent in cost to other control types.

One-piece molded polyester with sanitary gelcoat, resistant to shocks and chemicals, with splash-proof design and rounded surfaces to prevent water stagnation.

Stainless steel (304 or 316) is less resistant to chemicals commonly used in hospitals (e.g., chlorine). Stainless steel sinks often have right-angle folds, creating stagnation zones and corners where dirt can accumulate, posing a nosocomial infection risk. Medical Process products have rounded designs, preventing dirt buildup.

  • Impeccable hygiene with antibacterial design and terminal filters.

  • Reduced maintenance thanks to simplified, modular design.

  • Comfort and ergonomics for medical staff.

Several levels and filtration/treatment options provide sterile water for handwashing:

  • Terminal filters (0.2µm or 0.1µm) to protect immunocompromised patients.

  • Pre-filtration to protect terminal filters and reduce costs.

  • UVC for sterilization and bacterial reduction up to 5 LOG.

  • MP’OPURE® systems for centralized bacteriologically controlled water (5–30 water points).

A centralized microbiologically controlled water treatment solution for high-infection-risk hospital units, combining pre-filtration, terminal filtration, UVC, and optional over-chlorination.

Lifespan varies by manufacturer, generally 30–90 days. Actual duration depends on water quality.

  • Terminal filter 0.2µm: 31–92 days depending on use.

  • Filtered showerhead: 62–92 days.

  • Autoclavable filter: up to 60 cycles at 134°C.
Use of a prefilter is recommended to avoid premature clogging.

  • Soap or hydroalcoholic gel dispensers (manual, elbow, electronic), single-use or refillable.

  • Pre-filters, UV filters, terminal filters.

  • Medical rails to fix accessories without drilling.

  • Baskets, nail brushes, paper towel dispensers.
