Water treatment
MEDICAL PROCESS designs and manufactures systems for producing water of varying degrees of purity according to requirements. A wide range of products and processes enables us to meet all water treatment needs in the medical, pharmaceutical and industrial sectors.
We support you in the early stages of your project to analyse your needs and guide you towards the most appropriate solution.
We can install and commission the equipment on request.
Training of user personnel and delivery of maintenance documentation.
Maintenance can be provided by our teams and partners in the UK and several other countries.
The MP'OPURE system delivers microbiologically and bacteriologically controlled water to hospital units with a high risk of infection. It allows for the centralisation of treatments that are conventionally integrated under troughs when there are a large number of them. This avoids the need for monthly cartridge changes under each trough. MP'OPURE provides 5μ pre-filtration followed by continuous circulation with UVc radiation and 1 and 0.5μ absolute filtration. An optional over-chlorination system proportional to water consumption can be integrated. To complete this pre-treatment, the water is filtered to 0.2μ via terminal filters installed on our troughs. An automated 50-second purge is programmed 6 hours after the last use to prevent stagnation in the dead arms at the end of the system.
Prevents chlorine shocks and limits wear and tear on pipes.
Alarm reminder so you don't forget to change the filters.
Savings on consumables and reduction in waste.
Continuous treatment with UV inside the loop.
Centralised intervention at human height. No more need to intervene under the troughs.
Autonomous system requiring little technical intervention.
The MP’OPURE water treatment system helps prevent excessive consumption of terminal filters. These filters generate a significant amount of waste that is complex to treat. We recommend using them sparingly and only when necessary.
